I found the gender salary difference sobering, the US\/EU comparison interesting. Unused potential?<\/li>\n<li>I enjoyed reading Thomas Wailgum&#8217;s post on customisations: &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ASUGnews.com\/2011\/02\/16\/erp-customizations-are-dead-long-live-erp-customizations\/\" target=\"_blank\">Customisations are dead. Long live customisations!&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;ve read the Mario Herger&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/SAPNetworkWeblogs\/~3\/cUVCTUAk3dw\/23487\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Gamification&#8221;<\/a> blog post a few times now and still struggle to see it as an upcoming trend in ERP land. I wouldn&#8217;t call it gamification.
